We use your zip code and delivery instructions to determine the most efficient delivery route. A Delivery Coordinator will contact you to establish a 7-day delivery window. Once your furniture is assigned to a freight carrier, you will be notified 24 to 48 hours in advance with the specific delivery date and time. Deliveries are made 5 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You must inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you cannot be present, arrange for someone else to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery on your behalf. Canceled, refused, or missed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee equal to the original delivery fee. Upon delivery, inspect the item and its packaging for any damage. If you cannot inspect the item immediately, note "UNINSPECTED" on the Bill of Lading. Do not sign as "inspected" if you have not checked the items for damage.
